AvtoPilot ("we", "our", or "the app") is a driver's license theory test preparation application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We collect the following data when you use the app:

• Account Information: Your Telegram display name and Telegram user ID, used to create and identify your account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and a unique identifier from those services.
• Usage Data: Your study progress, exam scores, streaks, daily statistics, bookmarks, personal notes, and learning preferences. This data powers features like spaced repetition and progress tracking.
• Purchase Information: Records of premium subscription purchases made through the app, including plan type and payment status. Payment card details are processed entirely by third-party payment providers (Payme, Click) and are never stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: To authenticate your account, track your learning progress, sync data across devices, and provide core features.
• Personalization: To adapt questions using our spaced repetition algorithm based on your performance, display your name, and remember your preferences.
• Analytics: To understand how features are used so we can improve the app experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with:

• Payment Providers: Payme and Click process payments on our behalf. They receive only the information necessary to complete transactions.
• Hosting Provider: Our backend is hosted on Railway. Data is stored on their secure infrastructure.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us (see below).

6. Children's Privacy

The app is designed for individuals preparing for a driver's license and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Third-Party Services

The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking tools. We do not use cookies or device identifiers to track you across other apps or websites.
